This is a pic of the plain pasta offered, I  will post a pic of the balsamic pasta later today.
Balsamic vinegar is reduced and added to pasta with tomato, basil and parmesan cheese.
A sweet and delicious vinegar taste.

Friday February 21st 2014

"Turkey Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich" is the specialty sandwich today for Family Group Friday.  As usual peanut butter and jelly, turkey and cheese sandwiches are also available.
 Family Group Fridays have been cancelled during the weeks that we schedule W.O.W.

    Cheesy Baked Pasta is on the menu, this is with marinara sauce and mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Plain pasta is offered as well.   Steamed green beans will be served on the side.

                                This is Emeril's recipe and the students really like this sandwich.
                                             A vegetarian burger will be offered as well.
