Today Bridget made homemade spaghetti sauce in our brand new (donated) steam kettle jackets, which made making sauce for almost 400 a breeze.
With the spaghetti and marinara we served fresh strawberries and a tossed salad. The salad was fresh chopped romaine, grape tomatoes, carrots, celery, olives, cucumber, a little Parmesan and some croutons.
