For the very first time...tamales!
A few years ago a student gave Bridget a beautiful cookbook. We've devoured the book over the years and found these tamales. If one of us ever comes up missing you can assume we've run away to Hell's Backbone Grill.
With the tamales we served salad, steamed green beans and a banana.
That looks awesome! Wish that school lunch had looked like that when I was in school.
