Today we served
lomein noodles and egg rolls. The noodles are mixed with lots of veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, celery, green onions, carrots and cabbage. The egg rolls are filled with veggies as well. Oranges and sliced apples were options today. The salad bar had an
asian theme today with
edamame, crunchy noodles and a wonderful tangy
asian dressing.
