We served couscous on the side.
The salad bar offered many options.
Tabouli salad, pita chips and hummus, feta cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, tzatziki sauce,
and tahini sauce was offered as well.
Orange slices and bananas were offered.
The students enjoyed this lunch so much that I didn't have any left to take a picture
of.
