Grilled cheese sandwich and broccoli orzo pasta salad

Grilled cheese sandwiches are usually served with soup here at McGillis, but they are so popular that we break tradition and serve them with salads during the warm weather.

Today we served egg salad for family group lunches.  While egg salad is not the most popular sandwich,  those that like it really love it.
