THIS IS A FAMILY GROUP LUNCH AND WOULD BE WRAPPED UP IN FOIL AND BAGGED AS A SACK LUNCH.

CAPRESE IS A SANDWICH WITH FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE, TOMATO AND BASIL .

                           MADE FROM SCRATCH AND DELICIOUS.

WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 20TH

                                               CHICKEN TENDERS

THESE ARE BARELY BREADED AND BAKED CHICKEN TENDERS,          SERVED WITH LEMONY SMASHED POTATOES.
DIPPING SAUCES INCLUDE KETCHUP, BBQ SAUCE AND RANCH.

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 19TH

                                                            MINESTRONE SOUP
 AS USUAL THIS IS SOUP MADE FROM SCRATCH  AND FULL OF GREAT VEGGIES.

Friday November 8th

                                                       BBQ chicken sandwich
                                               Today is family group lunch Friday

Thursday November 7th

                                                  This is a vegetarian "meatball" sandwich.
                                      The bun is hot and has melted provolone cheese on it.
                            This is really good and fools most people into eating a vegetarian substitute

Wednesday November 6th

                                               Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich.
                                              As always our soups are made from scratch.
                                     Feta cheese is offered as a topping for this amazing soup.

Tuesday November 5th


                                                             Pasta with brie and tomato
                                        Plain pasta is always an option, but this dish is delicious.
                                                      Pine nuts are offered as a topping
                                                      Today green beans were offered.

Quesadilla
The picture above is showing the grilled peppers, mushrooms and onions that are offered on the veggie quesadilla. The students can opt for this version or the plain cheese quesadilla. Plain is most popular.
Spanish rice is offered as a side dish.
