coming next year...

McGillis didn't have school today, but Our Lady of Lourdes did.

Bridget and I decided to try a new recipe out; something we could make next year in our fancy new oven.


They were delicious.

They have roasted corn and green chilies, which added flavor and not a whole lot of heat. They were filled with cheese.

This is the way I ate them at home. A little of the red pepper sauce we made and fresh guacamole.

It would probably be a two day project, but so worth it. What do you think...would your child eat a cheese tamale?
